There are a couple new ways to get help when you need it:
- We're adding a library of How-To videos to the members-only Getting Started page. Currently there is a walkthrough of features available to members, as well as a demonstration of the privacy settings members can access at any time. More tutorials are on the way!
- Available to members and visitors alike, you'll notice we've added a live chat feature in the bottom right corner. This is yet another way you can reach out for help. We want members to make the most of their memberships, and we don't want visitors to leave with unanswered questions. We're here to help!
