There are a couple new ways to get help when you need it:

1. We're adding a library of How-To videos to the members-only Getting Started page. Currently there is a walkthrough of features available to members, as well as a demonstration of the privacy settings members can access at any time. More tutorials are on the way!
2. Available to members and visitors alike, you'll notice we've added a live chat feature in the bottom right corner. This is yet another way you can reach out for help. We want members to make the most of their memberships, and we don't want visitors to leave with unanswered questions. We're here to help!

If you ever have questions, concerns, or suggestions, please email us.

I am thrilled that in less than a month, Nib Pals already has five countries represented:

• Canada
• India
• Poland
• United Kingdom
• United States

Spread the word and let's get that number up to 10!

What We're Doing

We're busy building social media presences on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Promotional stickers will be distributed to stationery retailers worldwide. In February 2027, we'll be attending the California Pen Show.

What YOU Can Do

Let your fountain pen-loving friends know about Nib Pals. Offer them ONE FREE MONTH with promo code: 1FREEMONTH ($9 savings).

As Nib Pals enters its soft launch, our number one goal is to get our membership numbers up, up, up! You have to start from somewhere, but Nib Pals' sole purpose is to make worthwhile connections of fountain pen enthusiasts worldwide. We need real people mailing real letters and postcards.

We need you.

Since you won't immediately experience the full benefits of membership, we'll give you the deepest discount on our Gold (annual) membership. Instead of the full price of $39, you'll pay just $9.75. That's 75% off your first year. This promotion ends December 1, 2026, and it will never be repeated. Don't miss out!

Use promo code GOLD75 when signing up for the Gold (annual) level.
